My vpn won't turn on?

Hello Gary,

I am sorry to hear that. Please check if the AVG Secure VPN is "Turned On" in any other computer of yours, if so then turn off secure VPN in other computer and then try to turn on in this computer because this program can be used only in one computer at a time. If this is the first computer in which you are installing AVG Secure VPN, then please uninstall AVG Secure VPN from your computer control panel and reinstall the same from the AVG dashboard and check if that fix the issue. This might have caused due to an incorrect update from AVG.
