My Website is Blacklisted as a Malware Website

Dear AVG Team,

Over two years ago my website was hacked and many virus protection software companies and software apps blacklisted my website as a malware and phishing website.

After this happened I paid for security software from my host to remove the threat, secure my website for the future and remove my website for the Anti-virus and anti-malware blacklists

Although this has been requested several times over the past two years, I believe my website is still blacklisted by AVG as potential customers have said they are given a warning when trying to access my website.

Please can you remove my website from your blacklist.

Please note that my website is NSFW

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul,

We are here to help.

If you believe this is a false detection by AVG, we'd request you to submit a sample of the file to our developers. They will analyze it and get back to you via email with results. Visit  https://www.avg.com/en-ww/false-positive-file-form  to submit the false detection report.

Meanwhile, you can add the website to AVG exceptions list as described in the article below at your own risk: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Antivirus-scan-exclusions

Let us know, if you need further help.
