How to remove the said protection of Word documents?

I understand the inconvenience.
Let us check whether the word document is blocked by Ransomware protection of AVG.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Hacker Attacks" and select "Open" of Ransomware protection.
Select "Blocked apps" and check whether the document is listed.
If yes, click on it and move it to "allowed apps".
Access the file and check the status.
