My Work site is now being called phishing after installing AVG

I have worked from home for about a year now.  I had to install antivirus last week As soon as I did, now I cannot log in.  I get a alert saying that the site I log in with is now phishing. My company says to just delete history and clear cache, blah blah. does nothing.  I contacted AVG twice,   They fixed it for the moment, but it is still being called phishing.  I need this changed.  I cannot log in, I cannot work until this is fixed.  If this cannot be fixed I will need to uninstall and I will get my money back.  How do I change one particular web page/site/ web address to NOT be a phishing site.
