Hello Chris, sorry to know that. The link you have provided here is the support link for Mobile support. I request you to select the operating system as " Andriod" to get enabled the email option. If you are receiving the same issue please reset your browser and try again.
I was able to sort of work around it by changing my email address. Unfortunately, when I changed it back to my original email address (because I'd really rather use that one rather than this secondary address), it still doesn't work so something is obviously broken.

My AVG account is looping on asking me for my first and last name, and refuses to allow me to login to ask questions.
I was originally trying to ask about a problem I'm having w/the Android AV products, but since I was stuck having to enter my first and last name endlessly, I had to make a separate account just to ask about who to contact to get my AVG acct fixed.
I'm able to log in and see my product license expirations and stuff, it's just when I try to log in to the support community that it breaks.
Additionally, I contacted twitter support and they referred me here: Contact AVG Support - AVG Phone Number, and Chat Support but both the chat link and the phone number are unusable. The chat link loads endlessly (I've tried on a Mac using safari and chrome, and on a PC using Chrome, IE11, Edge and Firefox so it's not the computer) and the phone number was returning a busy signal.

Thanks - I opened a second community request regarding the android issue specifically, but meant for this one to be about the support contact stuff not working and my avg account being broken when I use my normal email address. I'd use the contact form, but since it tries to drive me to a specific product and the internet security contact form gives me a phone number that's busy and chat that doesn't work, I wasn't sure how to proceed.
