Nag screen becomes unresponsive in Windows 8.1 when I click on 'No'

Thanks,  I'll take a look.

Jim, AVG Free doesn't require a license. It looks like an attempt to get you to try & then buy AVG 'paid for' version. Have a look @ this new form link (http://support.avg.com/support_contact_form) to get chat & phone support. Otherwise, When available, A member of the official AVG Community Support in Brno, Czech Rep… (Working Hours [Mon-Fri] 9:00am - 5:00pm CET) will see your topic & respond but please bear in mind that this assistance may not now be available until @ least the 2nd January 2015. Thanks for your response.  My solution is to just delete the application.  There is simply no excuse to require tech support over an unwanted advertisement.  There are other more considerate products out there.

Thanks again for your help.

I am getting a nag screen which says "Your new AVG software license gives you access to additional features."  When I click on it, it becomes unresponsive and is greyed out.  The only way to get rid of it is to log out of Windows.

How can I get rid of this nag screen.
