Nag Screens Wasting My Time!

Hello, David.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. May I know if they are pop ups for other AVG products or the renewal notification for the currently installed programs? Please provide us with a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the pop up to assist you further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I have used AVG for years. I can not remember ever getting covered up with Nag Screen… Yea, I have not got around to renewing one of there products.  Since the Nagging started I have decided NOT to renew that product and most likely in May… when my Anti Virus expires I will remove AVG totally and go with another company.

I could not believe all the complaint people have sent in … reading just this forum… about the nagging and pop ups.

Bad AVG!!! NOT Good!!!
Did anyone get them to stop?  IF not, I'm not waiting till May.

Hi David,

We apologize if an AVG product did not meet your expectations. Our main goal is to keep our customers happy.

AVG carefully monitors the quality of our products and the service we provide, therefore all feedback from our customers is important to us.

Since AVG PC TuneUp has expired, you're getting the notifications. I request you to remove the AVG PC TuneUp from your computer and that should resolve the issue.

Also, the frequency of Pop-Ups can be controlled directly from the application or can even be Turned Off. Please open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu>Settings. In Settings Window, expand "Pop-Ups" and uncheck "Show pop-up offers for other AVG products".
