Não consigo desbloquear meu celular! o aplicativo bloqueou meu celular e quando eu entro no meu e-mail para desbloqueá-lo o AVG fala que meu dispositivo não sta registrado! oque eu faço!?

I can not unlock my phone! the application has locked my phone and when I enter my email to unlock it AVG says that my device sta Unregistered! What do I do??

Hi dayane,
You should be able to unlock phone using web interface (https://www.avgmobilation.com/).
Please make sure your phone is connected to internet (wifi since new sim is not working).
If it is not working please provide us with photo of lock screen.
