Hi Fran,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

the error message is "neat has stopped working priority reduced to reduce load on pc"  when i go to pc tools "AVG tune up program can't start because rtl120.bpl is missing…"
