I purchased AVG Multi Device Internet Security last year to hopefully alleviate the garbage and spam popping up on my computer. It did not seem to help anything. Now I am being invoiced again, but it looks like it requires registering the program. Did I need to register the program after purchasing last year in order to activate it? Is that why it has not been blocking the garbage adds and spam?
I have tried locating a support phone number for AVG, but keep getting run around in circles.
Also the PayPal charge was from "Digital Rivers", when I try to call their phone number or go to their website it tells me that it is not in service or the website can't be reached.
If anyone can assist me with a phone number or maybe a support e-mail I would appreciate it.
