I gave up on the AVG Tune-Up! Finally, after many days closing pop-up windows informing me the product wasn't working (even still in license period) and getting the laptop malfunctioning after I ran a link (SysControl) sent to me by Technical Support to get info on the problem of the product. Sorry - I need the laptop protected and working that's why I not only bought the antivirus but the Tune-up as well! I uninstalled both now and want a refund on the half a year I won't be using the Tune-up. My purchase order is 38-3558516 Thank you very much indeed!
PS: Please don't ask me to phone because English is not my mother tongue & have difficulty in understanding it when spoken.

Alan, hello again! You will have to check the AVG website - obviously I scrolled down even before writing in the community centre and THERE IS NOTHING THERE FOR A REFUND, not even in the thread you sent! It is very annoying there IS NO WAY in which AVG can be contacted - no chat, no email, no phone. This is making me waste my time!
