I am trying to download your FREE Antivirus Product to my PC, but it is stating that I need an Administrative Permission. I am very frustrated after several calls, no one seemed to be able to help me. I was highly recommended to you, but so far the service has been terrible!!!

The system is asking me to provide a user ID & PASSWORD  in the new HELPER TOOL , what on earth is that?
