Need AVG account linked to new email address not the one I last purchased via

without publishing too much personal info openly I hope the following is enough:-

Last order number was 2084143
Date 2/2/2013
Price $182.49 for 5 licences x 2 years

and was sent to an address with the street named "Nepean".

Do you need more?

When I purchased my last AVG IS license (5pc's for 2 years) it was done via an email address that is now defunct. So … when I created my new account at AVG today via my current email address it shows me as a total newbie ie none of my many years purchases are linked. Given that I cannot change the address of this account back to my old email address as it is defunct, how the h**l do I reconnect with my product history and other services ?
