Need email address because wrong amount taken off creditcard

I understand the situation.
There is no specific email address to contact us.
The email that you received is an auto generated one. Hence, if you respond to it, you will get mail delivery failed notice.
You have received the email notification for the renewal of AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) license.
The auto renewal process will start prior 45 days of existing license expiry.
I have sent an email for you to attach the screenshot of email that says price was reduced from EUR49,99 to EUR35,99.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
We can check the email and assist further on this matter.

Hello,

On 10 May 2018 I received an email that the yearly subscription was reduced from € 49,99 to € 35,99. 
However, then I received another email, from avg.cs digitalriver, dated 9 Jun 2018, that my subscription was extended and an amount of 49,99 was charged on my credit card.  
Also, my old product was still valid till 24 Jun; why already extending on 9 Jun?
When I tried to send an email to avg.cs@digitalriver.com this bounced back.

Please explain this all.
