I have cancelled the automatic renewal from our end and you will be charged by AVG in the future.
There must be a server error from AVG account and that is the reason why you were unable to cancel from your account.
I want to cancel my trial version of AVG Secure VPN. Cannot do it in my account, because it displays 'internal error' message and won't allow me to cancel. Please advise how can I cancel my trial in this case?
