TODAY. For some reason AVG took 49.99 out of my account for internet security, I did NOT order this and did NOT want this. I have AVG TuneUP and I want to get this removed immediately but they have made it very difficult. Can anyone help me?

I really like AVG TuneUp and i would like to keep that.
It is a AVG Internet Security refund, only. That is what I would like, please.
I was talking to custormer care and they said they would send me an email but have not recevied anything.
