I replied to the email earlier today,not sure if it got sent. I think your going to just have to send me the instructions because my laptop shows I have internet but I can't even go online, I seen I could ping yahoo, so I'm wondering if I download the file from someone else's computer, if it would work on mine, I'll find that out maybe by tomorrow when I hopefully can get to a computer. There's a chance my internet problem is caused by a virus. All my posts I did here was through my phone. Right now I'm hoping to connect to you remotely since my computer has some type of internet. I could tell you when I opened itunes, it was able to download ios 9 while my web browser don't work, using itunes it told it was able to access the internet when I checked using itunes itself to see if I had internet. Sorry for the long post I'm just hoping when I download the file, I can connect to avg.

When I did a system restore after uninstalling avg, avg doesn't startup when I open my computer. I used the avgremoval tool to remove avg but now I get an mfa error when I try to reinstall avg. the only reason I uninstalled avg in the first place was because it wasn't running properly. I did a system restore again to get back avg even though it isn't working still. How do I get rid of the mfa error. My computer is a windows 7.
if possible, when I uninstall avg again, how do I uninstall to make sure I don't have an error after uninstalling it.
