Need help with my AVG security programsto

On July 1, I had a chat with your customer service - Karthika. Case number 18545386.

”I wanted to extend the validity of AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp, AVG Secure VPN and AVG AntiTrack. All programs are intended for use on one device only and all expire on July 11, 2023.
It appears that I made a mistake and reactivated these same programs on June 30th, but for 10 devices each and valid until June 30th, 2024 (AVG Ultimate subscription for multidevice.). I didn't want that.“


She replied:
And this situation, I will forward your Case to the Concerned Team. They Will Check and Get Back To You Via Email As Soon As Posable.
