Need help with password!

Thank you for your response. I have checked my SPAM folder and there is nothing from AVG there. I've looked in every folder I have. Any other suggestions?

I keep trying to reset it, but the email never comes  to get the link and temporary password. I dont see a way to contact a live person for help.

Gina, If you don't receive the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.
