Could you let us know whether you're referring to your AVG Secure VPN program or the built-in VPN feature (Paid) available in the AVG Secure Browser?
If it's the AVG Secure VPN, please elaborate what exactly happens when you try to enable your AVG Secure VPN. Do you receive any particular error messages?
If yes, please share us a screenshot of the error message you receive, so that we can check & help you accordingly.

I want a routed Location. IN Miami, but I am retired and LIVE in Colombia… NO ABILITY TO TURN ON THE VPN. I have looked everywhere, and sent a msg regarding AVG how to do it, but NO RESPONSE. They have my $$, & now --no service…

ALSO , When I Click on the VPN logo, with the line through it NOW, on the left of the browser bar, NOTHING HAPPENS MANY TIMES, AND SOOOOO NOOO Protection Also. Help Also???
