1) AVG Ultimate is not supported on Windows XP 64-bit. We can help you to download and install AVG on Windows XP SP3 (32 bit).

I have 2 questions:

1) Where is a version of AVG that I can use on a NEW machine with XP64? I have on my Win10 and Win 8 and phones covered (with Ultimate Program).  The Ultimate downloads do not operate on XP. I used to use AVG on all my XPs. How can I get an XP download?

2) Is AVG ZEN now renamed as AVAST? Is Avast part of AVG?

Mark, The latest versions of AVG aren't compatible with Win XP 64bit & also conversely AVG is actually part of Avast. For info have a look @ this link (https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000LSo8AAG).
