Need someone to call me from Tier 2 and HIGHER!

I've called Tier 1 they promised someone would call within 24hrs as of Nov 17th. No one from Tier 2 has bothered to call us. Please arrange this for me ASAP.

I keep being promised someone will call our company to help resolve our issue. AVG when installed on one of our PC's disables internet and LAN access.

This has been an issue for the last 2 weeks. I'm posting this because chat support Tier 1 can only get me help up until Tier 2. I need a higher level of support.

Consistantly what happens is I call business support, ask for someone to please call us and no one does. PM me asap for our office number if you can help us. 

The second issue is the download page on the AVG products page is incorrect and needs to be fixed. Links are for an older version of AVG Internet Security Business Edition.
