We're glad to look into this & help you.
Initially, we'd like to clarify that AVG Password Protection is integrated into AVG protection program setup file (AVG Antivirus Free, Internet Security).
In order to transfer AVG Password protection, you may need to uninstall AVG protection & reinstall the protection in the existing system (this will remove Password protection & re-install AVG protection).
Later, you can install, activate Password protection on your new computer. Before proceeding, please let us know whether you use AVG Free Antivirus on your computers.

I need to remove password protection from one device and put another active device, The solution was not on their available solutions to other change devices
