Need to Restore Quarantined Files

Hello Declan,
I'm sorry to hear about this. Please let us know which program you want to restore, which AVG program you have installed on your computer (AVG Free Antivirus/AVG Internet Security), also you restore the files from AVG quarantine (Open AVG > Internet Security/Free Antivirus > menu > quarantine), look for the application/program and restore them.

im running win 7 AVG internet secruity and ive acedentilly sent a program to quenteen but when i open the folder in AVG it doesnt show anything thereUser-added imageas u can c i have nothing in the AVG folder even thou i sent a program there

i have the same problem, but they misunderstood me and thought the files weren't moving to quarantine!!

I have a program that I use and after launching it for the first time in a while, AVG quarantined it. I cannot locate the menu option to restore it from the vault. I followed the recommendations which are as follows.
  1. Open the AVG program.
  2. Open menu Options.
  3. Select Virus Vault.
  4. Select the file that you wish to restore or to delete permanently.
  5. If needed, click Details to display more information about the removed infection.

The problem is when I open AVG program, then click on the menu I get no option to select virus vault. Can anyone help me?
