Need to switch off my apps lock

Hi
I have accidently turned on my apps lock for all my apps. So whenever I want to phone someone, text, go on the internet, or do absolutely anything on my mobile phone, I have to first put in a 4 digit pin number. It's driving me mad. I think I did it during my 30 day freetrial woth AVG Pro?
Can anyone tell how I undo this, thanks
