I am also getting the same error message when trying to log into Angie's List. I have spent more time than I care to share trying to figure a way around it. I wrote to the Angie's List people last night, and their suggestion was to make sure my date & time was correct on my computer -- which is was/is.
The issue occurs when trying to login. The URL shows https, but the error seems to indicate it is not secure. I have tried more times and ways than you can imagine. Frustration beyond belief.

I have tried logging in through I.E. (Ver 11), Google Chrome (Ver 48), Firefox (Ver 44) -- which Angie's List people recommended to use. It makes no difference. It appears from something I read in Google Chrome that it's possible that the firewall software might be the issue.
" Tip 4: Temporarily turn off your antivirus
If you have any antivirus software on your computer that provides "HTTPS protection" or "HTTPS scanning," it might be interfering with the browser's ability to provide security. Turn it off for now to see if it fixes the problem. If that works, you'll need to turn off this feature to use secure sites."
I have no way to find how to turn off https protection, nor do I want to have to switch it on and off. I have found this with a couple of other sites -- Slomin's Shield, for example. I cannot pay my bill on line any more and have to go through a paper bill.
