We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We request you to uninstall the AVG Secure VPN from the control panel and check if you are able to access them. In case of you are able to access them, Open the AVG Zen window, Logout from by click on the email address at the top and Leaving the network, and try the installation from the AVG Zen window. Once it is installed, click on Connect, enter the email address and your password and check if that works.

i installed a AVG vpn so i could watch american netflix. but becuase the vpn doesnt stay turned on i signed into netflix without it on and it now seems to know im not in america and wont let me watch anymore.
i installed firefox cleared cookies and cahe and turnd vpn on but it still knows im using a vpn.
