Isabel, For all the ifo you'll need have you 'googled' netgroup packet filter driver is not working & Winpcap?.

Under pc Health , it states that " netgroup packet filter driver is not working, as the driver is missing .
I think although i do not need the package called Winpcap , as this was loaded without requesting.
how can I remove this, as Microsoft says it could be malware.
