Hello Noel,

We're happy to help.

Please follow the below instructions,
Open AVG Internet Security > Computer > Network Inspector.
Make sure that the Network Inspector feature is enabled.

Choose either "Private" or "Public".
If you choose as 'Private', then it would show you the list of devices that are connected to your home network irrespective of the type of connection (LAN and Wifi).
When it was chosen as 'Public', it would show you all the neighboring networks that aren't associated with your connection.

How do I reconnect devices disabled in error, eg my ethernet and phone,  Any help welcome.  Bye
