Network Inspector

Hi John.
Which AVG product is installed on your PC?
Which network inspector app did you download and run?
Could you share a screenshot(s) (https://bit.ly/30ptlLh) of what you are reporting?

Thanks. Do not recognise the details.

Network Inspector makes my computer slow, even to the point of lagging.
The mouse is moved a few seconds later to arrive.
But if my computer is not connected its performance is very fast.

I have disabled this feature, but problems sometimes appear a few hours later.

A check on the Network Inspector states I am connector to 'a forename'. I then click on this and it gives an IP address, the name of an ISP, a location of the forname and a postcode. I am unable to find out what this means. Any help please? If it is someone piggybacking,  how to resolve wold be advantageous. J

Dear Avinash, I have added two images which should answer your q's. Regards John

The details of the network you are connected is being shown, John
