If yes, did you try to change the AVG Secure VPN server location and check if it helps.
Please confirm whether you have any other conflicting antivirus or VPN program being installed on your PC.

i loaded AVG and works OK but i keep getting a VPN interruption and constantly have to reload the page i was on.  could this be due to another security program?
