Please disable AVG temporarily on your computer and check if that fix the issue.
To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection". Please click on the same to disable AVG Protection and check if you are able to access network.
we have just installed avg soft wear version 18.5.3059 and now we cant get onto our network to play music or films or move files from one computer to another we have tried a few things from the help page and still nothing can we have an email so we can talk to a tec person please
