Within the past few weeks I have noticed a major change in speed with my internet connection. It has gotten worse, especially in the past week. Our internet has gone down more than it has in years. I am worried because I am teaching from home. My husband and I spent hours on the phone with our ISP last night trying to resolve the issue. We are the people that never call customer service and now we are calling all of the time. Was there a change to AVG that would cause an issue? We recently upgraded our internet service from 30 Mbps to 100 Mbps.
