Networked Computers Blocked from View?

Hello Gary,
Let us check whether AVG is blocking the access.
Please disable AVG protection temporarily and verify the status. To do so, right click on AVG Internet Security icon under system tray and click the toggle bar to OFF position.

I have four laptops running Windows 10 and have turned 'file sharing' on each of them and changed my network to 'private' so that file discovery and sharing can happen. 

Unfortunately I can't see the other 3 laptops from any of the computers (using File Explorer).

I have AVG running on all four computers and suspect that it may be blocking access. 

Can you tell me how to make these computers visible?
