After a complete reset of the computer and a reinitialization of AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUp, the registration is displayed as ready. For AVG PC TuneUp only the trial version is displayed. What am I doing wrong?

Nach einem komletten reset des  Rechners und einer Neuistallation von AVG Internet Security sowie AVG PC  TuneUp wird die Registrierung als bereit erfolgt angezeigt. Für AVG PC  TuneUp wird lediglich die Testversion angezeigt.Was mache ich nicht richtig?
