I paid for AVG Oct 14th last year and most of the programs will not work for me. You sent a note that it is time to renew with you and I sent a note back which said no. Now when I try to run just the scan it goes to 10% and restarts my PC. I was told I had to the 14th of October 2015 to renew. I went in and took AVG out of my PC and then put the free AVG in and it still will not work. I try to put my license number in and it will not work. I my have forgot it or wrote it down wrong I do not know what is going on.
