I got an offer to buy AVG PC Tune Up. It seemed to be a good price, so i decided to buy it. On the 14th of december I paid for it, with Ideal. I still didn't receive a link or email with a code or something, so i didn't get what i allready paid for. I can also not find it in my personal account. What went wrong? Maby someone frome AVG can help me with this problem or sent a new product-key.
