Never received my license number after renewing

Well, the app is telling my license has expired therefore I am not protected.  Always in the past I received an email with the invoice and a separate number with the license number that I copy/paste into the AVG software so that the app knows I have renewed.

Hello Micheal, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I checked with our records and sent you an email with instructions. AVG Protection program does not require a license number during activation.

After renewing, invoice # 2902056666, I never received the new license number to enter into my AVG.  My account reflecting my new renewal date is July 2016.

Please send me the email to activate my software.
