addendum: it's weird they censure "Screw" but not screwed. They must have a lot of loose screws laying around.
In 2013 I purchased a couple of AVG products online and they're listed in MyAccount. However, I purchased the Antivirus Security 2015 in December and installed the new product in a different computer than the ones the 2013 program was installed. When I tried to install to register the new program i get a msg saying it was invalid, so i entered the number again and got a msg saying that the program was already registered. However, every time I've run the program I've had to revalidate the program. I finally called customer support today and wasted a bunch of time because they never checked into the possiblility that the AVG company screwed up and mixed up my account. There doesn't seem to be a way of contacting that part of this darn company and I'm tired already trying to talk to customer service because I can't get to an account person. I don't like dealing with a company that requires "guests" to try to answer people's questions. i really hate companies whose only support is thru a trail of having our computers scanned thru and thru by people who are paid to get us to buy more services. The only sevice I want or need right now is to find out who screwed up my registration. Pluse, I don't like being asked if I do banking online. It's none of your business.
