I am sorry to hear that. Please follow the below steps and check if that fix the issue:
Please open the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Once this is done, click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public". After changing this, please click on "System Rules" and enable the "Networking and Printer sharing" option and check if that fix the issue.
