I just updated my AVG Free as instructed - now seem stuck in a loop with no idea how far the scan is progressing, and a BUY NOW screen blocking where the progress bar was.  In fact, everything is now stuck!  Help!

Teresa, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
