I had my new AVG Internet Security installed by Alok a few months ago (I think!) and I have had 2 issues with it from the start.
First of all, after starting up, on the desktop I have to double-click the AVG icon several times over 2 or 3mins before the AVG Internet Security dashboard finally opens.
Secondly, the green progress bar which should progress in line with a Scheduled Scan stays at 0% even though the scheduled scan is working and at the end of the scan it tells me everything is ok and 'Done'.
I have tried to 'Repair' these problems via The Control Panel but have been unsuccessful.
Please do not ask me to uninstall then reinstall etc. as I am not savvy enough to do this. Instead I would prefer Remote Assistance with you to get these issues put right please.

Unfortunately, your efforts made this morning via Remote Assistance have not been successful. When the time came around for the Scheduled Scan once again the green Progress Bar stayed at 0% and did not appear. I was surprised since you managed to get it working before closing down the Remote session.
I have once again tried to Repair but it still doesn't work.
