New AVG system will not allow me to start Touchtown App

Are you unable to access Touchtown App in android device or Windows PC?
How do you confirm that AVG program blocking the access of it?
Do you get any block message from AVG? If yes, please share us the screenshot (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) it.

What can I do to allow Touchtown Community App to work like it did before I installed AVG. It is blocking it?
