You also have an active license for AVG PC TuneUp (2 computers) which is the earlier version of user interface. It could be possible that you installed AVG TuneUp - Unlimited on the 32 bit PC.
Does the new AVG TuneUp still work without any issue as the 30 day trial ended on 2nd Dec 2018?
Recently on my 32bit platform (Windows 10) my Tune UP interface changed to version 18.2 (build 254). This has not happened on my 64 bit platform. Just wondering why not.
Also I keep getting a nag screen telling me that my AVG VPN will expire shortly, but I have a paid version until Sep 2019.
