I totally agree - the new version is a heap of crap - 90% of the features are missing!!!  You messed around with the ANti-vrrus solution and that is now crap too.  I am gob-smacked how an organisation can turn itself into delivering athis Garbage…

We are sorry the information you received is incorrect.
You can continue avail the features of AVG TuneUp unlimited till Aug 30, 2021 irrespective of versions installed on your PC. It isn't reuired to purchase it again.
We always recommend our customers to use the revamped version of AVG TuneUp with many enhanced features. May I ask you the reason to reinstall the older version of AVG TuneUp?

Somehow i was sent a new version of AVG TUNE up, i am not happy with this new version and would like re-install the old, but i am told that i will lose my paid version and may have to pay again, is this ridiculous information CORRECT…?

You can use the same activation code to activate the subscription.
