New AVG tuneup and firefox

This issue could be caused due to a corrupt program file during the upgrade to latest version AVG TuneUp.
I'd request to uninstall AVG TuneUp and reinstall it to check if that resolves the issue.

Sometimes, this might happen if the Firefox browser isn't up to date or you might have skipped cleaning the caches in the previous scan.
Would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the scan results that doesn't include Firefox browser for better clarity?
Meanwhile, please try to clear history, caches in Firefox to check if it improves the performance of the browser.

recently renewed my subscription and was updated to the new AVG Tune up. This is no longer cleaning my browser for Firefox. When I press the "clean up space" button, on the left side of the bar, where it says' "browser data"  when I hover over it and click on it, says "14 categories cleaned" and lists five goggle chrome, four internet explorer and five microsoft edge areas cleaned but does not list mozilla firefox at all, and I use this exclusively and don't use those three at all. Previous version always listed and cleaned firefox but this doesn't and think this is slowing down my browser activity. anyone else notice this or figure out how to get firefox included?

Also when I look at my subscriptions, says I have AVG Ultimate but only ordered and paid for AVG Tune Up for multiple devices for two years.

The above is from my receipt which I renewed in August. Wondering if this is showing the wrong subscription and reason why doesn't seem to have pro on my phones?

Jim, it is true that you bought only AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (2 years) subscription, on 19th Aug 2019. But AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) was already active in your account until 10th Sep 2019. Since AVG TuneUp is already a part of AVG Ultimate package, the new subscription got merged with existing AVG Ultimate. Thus, extending the validity of AVG Ultimate till 10th Sep 2021. This is beneficial to you because you paid for only Performance apps and getting Protection apps completely free.

Regarding, the Firefox data not being cleaned, I have escalated this to our senior technicians. We will get back to you once there is an update from them. Appreciate your patience meanwhile.

I deleted and reinstalled the above AVG…still does not show Firefox in the list of web browsers that it has cleaned. Only displayed Internet Explorer which I do not use.
