I had the free AVG and after running a scan, the option for upgrades with better protection came up. I finally decided to go for it, and paid for an upgrade. Now, one day in, I already have no protection at all while also in Passive Mode. It was a total waste of money and now it seems my computer is more at risk which seems to be the exact opposite of what the service is that I paid for. Total bummer. I should never have given you guys my money. How do I resolve this immediately?
