If you have not tried this, please follow the steps from this link http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode and reboot your computer in safe mode.

Hello, I had to do a System Restore.
The new AVG version build 19.2.3079 crashes my Windows 7, freezes it, and a blue error screen when I load and connect to PIA VPN. Unacceptable, how can this be fixed aside from a system restore? Thank you.

Hello, I am having this same problem also, after updating my agv… I activate my nord vpn and my compuer crashes. I had to do a system restore and not update the avg, I then activated the nord vpn and all was fine, so I can only assume that the problem is the avg update thats causing this problem…

We got a confirmation that with the latest update of AVG, this VPN conflict is resolved.
The latest version is 19.2.4186.429.
Please update your AVG program to the above version and check if everything works fine on your computer.
Removing and reinstalling does not help. Once AVG updates to the new version, it crashes Windows once you start Nord VPN. No change to Nord VPN…

This isn't the usual behavior. Let's have a look into this together.
Please reboot your PC in safe mode by clicking here and uninstall the AVG products from your control panel. Restart your PC in normal mode and re-install the programs to check the status.

Same problem, system restore worked. Any chance you will let us know on these forums when the fix is live? I don't really want to update again just to find out it's not fixed and have to system restore again.
If you completely removed the traces of AVG, please check if you are able to access PIA VPN.

I don't have AVG Secure VPN installed. I use PIA, when I log into it, Windows 7 crashes and freezes my screen, it is currently uninstalled. Waiting for a solution please.
Same problem here, blue screen of death everytime my PIA VPN tries to connect. Plkease fix. I was just thinking I have had more issues lik this than Virus problems, very subjective but not a good look.
