Thank you for the information. To resolve the issue, I request you to remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). After restarting, Please go to the drive where you installed the remover tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually. And then I request you to install AVG Internet Security based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) .To determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218
