Yes, you have to select "Leave this network" and click on "connect" to select "Log into existing account".
Enter AVG my account with exact email address and the respective my account password.
I see that your AVG Ultimate (2 years subscription) is registered under (*****@outlook.com) email address.
Please use only this outlook email address for login.

I recently changed email and password (AVG Ultimate) on a pc. The website allows me to log on correctly with the new email and password. The problem is the AVG shows the old email address at the top of the program. Do I need to "log out as admin", "leave this network", or what???
